Form in wood*

Course leaders: Per Svartling and Henrik Johansson

Welcome to explore and deepen your understanding of the material wood and learn how it can be shaped! During the course, you as a participant work from your own idea to create a wooden object; a simpler piece of furniture or an interior detail. The individual tutorial is given a lot of space and is important for you as a participant to feel confident that the level will be right for you. Through practical work, basic techniques for processing, assembly and surface treatment are practiced. The practical work at the planing bench is interspersed with joint briefings and lectures. We mainly focus on work with hand tools, but some machine work occurs.
