From farm to table in Capellagården's garden

Course leaders: Erik Sparretun and Ellen Fager

Welcome on a journey from farm to table! For three days, we alternate harvesting with cooking in Capellagården's leafy kitchen garden. Together with Capellagården's gardener and an experienced chef, we harvest organic crops in season, compose dishes in the kitchen garden's cozy outdoor kitchen and eat well together.
